The service period runs from April 1st, 2025 through December 31st, 2025.
The "Guaranteed Weight Loss or Refund" service currently covers all five specifications of NovoRapid (semaglutide injection) and the four available formulations of Mufengda (teplizumab injection). Users must submit their applications within JD's mobile app, including packaging, pen injectors, and health check reports. Following platform review approval, compensation will be credited to users’ 'JD Wallet' accounts within seven working days.
