Tan made his public debut at Vision 2025 where he will deliver a keynote speech on March 31st at 2 PM Eastern Time. The event is part of an Intel ON activity scheduled for March 31 - April 1 in Las Vegas, targeting business leaders and investors rather than consumers.
At last year's Vision 2024 event, Intel unveiled its AI accelerator Gaudi 3 alongside updates to Xeon processors. Speculations about Tan鈥檚 new management strategies post-appointment include rumors of a potential restructuring plan involving significant layoffs.
