Microsoft has officially launched Windows 365 Link, a dedicated cloud computer designed to connect and stream the Windows 11 experience from its own Windows 365 cloud service. The product is now being rolled out in select markets as planned.

Windows 365 Link targets enterprise customers who need access to their company’s Windows 365 cloud services, with a suggested retail price of $349.99 in the US market, for example. IT departments will find this device easier to manage compared to traditional computers. For those familiar with thin clients—devices commonly used within companies that have internal IT teams and rely on local servers running virtual Windows systems hosting applications, memory, and sensitive data—Windows 365 Link represents a modern cloud-based equivalent. It can boot up in seconds and securely connect to Windows 365 from anywhere.

This product is primarily aimed at enterprise customers and cannot be purchased by general consumers as home computers. Microsoft stated that over one hundred organizations participated in the preview program for Windows 365 Link, helping optimize software experiences before its official launch.

The initial rollout of Windows 365 Link will occur in specific markets with suggested retail prices ranging from $349.9 USD to NZ$739 depending on location. Microsoft remains committed to transitioning the Windows system towards cloud computing and hopes that expanding their product line in this area, including offerings like Windows 365 Link, will drive further development.
